Meet Rachel
Founder, Project 27
Hi, I’m Rachel Burton — founder of Project 27. I’ve spent over 30 years managing complex property, healthcare and hospitality developments for major PLCs. In 2025, I launched Project 27 to provide a more personal, hands-on service for homeowners, investors, and developers who want trusted, expert support from start to finish.
What sets me apart is my ability to see the big picture while managing every detail — with clear communication, calm leadership and a practical, solutions-focused mindset.
Project 27 was named in memory of a close friend, whose birthday — the 27th — reminds me daily of why I do this: for people, for places, and for the difference great property can make.

This business is dedicated to Kathryn — a dear friend and an inspiration. Her creativity, courage and kindness continue to shape everything Project 27 stands for.
After the loss of her close friend Kathryn, Rachel felt a deep shift in perspective. Inspired by Kathryn’s strength and spirit, she decided to step away from the corporate world and follow her passion — launching Project 27 to do what she truly loves: creating exceptional spaces, working closely with people, and building something meaningful through every project.
